These Terms of Use ("the Terms and Conditions") apply to all the of Electro Base Ltd ("the Seller"), sites ("Website", "Internet Shop" ) Users (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer", "You", "Your").

Read the Terms carefully before ordering. Electro Base may modify the Terms, please read them again before making a next purchase.

In accordance with the Description of the Goods and Services, Electro Base undertakes to ensure delivery of the order within the specified time limits and amount.

You can place an order in our store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during regular maintenance or technical failure periods.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information when executing an order or contacting Electro Base. You certify that you are not under the age of 16 years and commit not to take any actions against the site's security.

Electro Base is not liable for inaccurate, incomplete or erroneous data provided by you.

By making an order, you agree that Electro Base may entrust the execution of the Contract to a third party, for example, to deliver an order, while maintaining responsibility for its execution.

The Seller may modify the Terms unilaterally, without notifying the User / Buyer. The new version of the Terms will be published on the Site and will come into force from the moment of publication, unless otherwise provided in these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Site and / or by purchasing goods and / or services, you acknowledge that you understand the Terms and you agree to follow them regularly and keep up-to-date with them.

It is believed that by the time the purchase is made, with or without authorization on the Site, or if a Buyer's Order has been received by phone or e-mail, the Site Visitor / Buyer has agreed to the Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms or some of the definitions contained therein, please do not use our Site Services.

The subject of the rules.

The purpose of these Terms is to enable the User to purchase the Goods, which are listed in the Internet store's catalog for personal, family, household and other non-business purposes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all types of Goods and Services registered on the Site as long as these offers are valid and are available for ordering from the Internet Store.

Purchase order.

The Purchaser will place the Order in accordance with the section "Purchase Order" in the Site.

After the Order is placed on the Website, the Buyer is provided with information about the expected delivery date using the e-mail or by phone number indicated by the Customer at the time of Order. The manager handling the particular order clarifies the order information, coordinates the delivery date, the availability of the ordered item in the Seller's warehouse and the time it takes to process and deliver the order.

The Purchase Managing Manager notifies the scheduled date for the Delivery of the Order to the Delivery Service Provider, by e-mail or by making a control call to the Buyer.

If the Product ordered by the Buyer is not located in the Seller's warehouse, the Seller has the right to exclude such Goods from the Order / cancel the Order by notifying the Buyer by sending an email to the address indicated by the Buyer in the ordering process or by calling.

If the already paid Order canceled partially or completely, the Seller returns the value of the canceled Product to the Buyer in the form of bank transfer.

If the total amount of goods, excluding VAT, does not exceed EUR 20, an additional product selection fee of EUR 1.50, excluding VAT, will apply.

Postpay cash or card (at Katlakalna Street 9) is available to legal entities after signing a post-pay agreement.

Order delivery.

The delivery options and approximate dates of delivery are indicated in the "Delivery of goods" section on the Website, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

After delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or a third party, if agreed upon by the Buyer in writing.

In order to prevent fraud by delivering a prepaid order, the supplier has the right to request a Recipient Identity Document.

Delivery costs are calculated individually for each Order on the basis of information about the ordered Goods, Goods weight, region and delivery method and are indicated on the Site at the last stage of the Order's preparation or the Seller notifies Buyer in writing or by phone call after the Order is approved.

The Seller's obligation to transfer the Goods to the Buyer shall be deemed to be fulfilled at the moment when the courier has transferred item to the Buyer or the Buyers another place agreed upon at the Purchase Order (including the Electro Base Store or Stock).

Getting Order from Courier or Electro Base (shop, warehouse), the Recipient has the right to examine the delivered Product and verify its compliance with the specified quantity, range and Product set-up of the delivered goods and the integrity of the package.

The risk of accidental damage to the product is transferred to the Buyer from the moment the order is handed over.

Prices of goods and payment for the order.

The price of goods sold in the Internet shop is indicated in Euro and includes VAT.

If the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer has been inappropriately indicated, the Seller informs the Buyer to confirm the Order for the revised price or the cancellation of the Order. If it is not possible to contact the Buyer, this Order is considered to be cancelled. If the order is already paid, the Seller returns the amount paid to the Buyer in the form of bank transfer.

Seller may modify the Goods price on the Site unilaterally. At the same time, the price of the Goods ordered by the Buyer can not be changed unilaterally.

The Seller has the right to limit the types of payment available to the Buyer depending on the amount of the Order.

Refunds and Return of goods.

The buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return of goods shall be in accordance with the conditions described in the "Warranty and Refusal" section, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

The money is returned by refunding the value of the paid Product by bank transfer.

Electro Base undertakes to protect the privacy and security of its customers and Site visitors.

Amendments to the rules.

Electro Base regularly reviews these Terms. All changes will be posted on this site and are valid from the moment of publishing.

The Seller is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer due to the wrong use of the Product purchased through the Internet Shop.

Electro Base undertakes to protect the privacy and security of its customers and Site visitors.

Additional Terms.

The relationship between the User / Buyer and Seller are exposed to the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

If the User / Buyer has questions or complaints, he / she has the right to contact the Seller by phone or by other means available.

If a court finds any of the clauses of these Terms null and void, it will not render the remaining items void.

The Internet shop and the services provided may be temporarily, partially or totally inaccessible due to preventive or other work or for other technical reasons. The Technical Service of Electro Base has the right to periodically perform the necessary preventive or other work with advance notification to Buyers or not.
